So you have to realize that how it looks mean nothing in the pharmaceutical industry. They may make it look however they wish, there are no guidelines saying everything with the same ingredients has to look the same. wi was told it was a vicodin but it has blue spots what dose that mean ## What are the markings on the tablet? Is it UCB 902 or UCB 903? There are VIcodin tablets with these markings. The blue spots don't mean anything, just the way the manufacturer decided to make the tablet. There is also a 3594 V that has blue specks and one with the marking A 345. ## I found a white pill with black specks, does anyone know what it would be?

white oval ## i need to no what pill has a v on the back and the numbers 3598 on the front. it is a white oval pill. ## I believe that this pill is vicodin 5mg/500mg. It should have 5mg of hydrocodone (a narcotic pain reliever) and 500mg of acetaminophen (tylenol). ## I meant the pill that says v 3598 not the L404.
