What Do The Fake Oxycodone Look Like

I got dispensed a pill that looks like an Mblock 30mg same size same shape but has an imprint of the A 215.. Tastes like oxycodone. Legitimate pharmacies don't dispense fake medication, although sometimes manufacturers have been known to alter the color of their pills without giving any prior notice to patients. I received pills packaged as "teva pharmaceuticals usa ndc 0093-0033-01 extended release 80mg". They look like the real thing kinda at least for the packaging. The pills have an X scoring on one side and no product identifier. I called Teva and they are puzzled since their product was discontinued in 2008. Hi, I found a light blue round almost white pill. Now I have seen the dark and lite 30 mgs before. I have seen two different looks on the blue A51 oxycodone pills. One is a lighter blue and the other is a dark blue almost purple looking in color and also is almost chunky when broke it up. Just came across this same situation! Oxycodone Hydrochloride 80mg long yellow tablets with no markings at all. It looks fake but even is in the packaging that says rhodes pharmacy from somewhere in North Carolina. Honestly, it would be very simple for someone in India to pass off fake pills and packaging. It could be just plain sugar pills and due to the placebo effect it may even cure pain for someone who believes it is what it says it is. The fake a 215 oxycodone are darker blue and has water looking specks on them; more rough than smooth. The fake dissolve like cotton candy on your tongue vs the real ones that you have to suck on for a while to dissolve. The real ones have the original nasty pill taste.
