White oblong Watson 333 on one side and a line on the other. ## What strenght is this?Watson 333 ## @Edward, The only pill I found with a marking of Watson 333 is a 1mg Lorazepam tablet, prescribed for anxiety disorders. It's also round, not oblong in shape. However there are some pain pills that are white and oblong, including Watson 388 (Hydrocodone 2.5mg + Acetaminophen 500mg) as well as Watson 853 (Hydrocodone bitartrate 10mg + Acetaminophen 325mg). I recently was thrown from my horse and have pretty bad pain. My tailbone was broken in three places. I no longer have a script for pain but a friend of mine gave me a couple of pain pills that are different. One says Watson 853 on it and the other looks the same (oblong white) but it has #176 on it. I have been told that they are generic for vicodin. THey dont see to help and I need something stronger. ## The generic for Vicodin that has the number 853 on it also has the name of the manufacturer on the opposite side, WATSON.
