I have been taking Hydrocodon-APAP 10-325 2 PILLS EVERY 4 HOURS 3 to 4 times a day for 15 years. My problem is the last few prescriptions I've received have not done much to help with the pain. The last few prescriptions are Watson 853 tablets. I have taken as many as 4 to 4 & 1/2 pills within an hour & a half & it was like I was taking nothing!! I have heard that sometimes the medicine is replaced with a placebo or that the Government is cutting down the ingredient that actually give fast pain relief. Is there any truth to this or what is the problem? ## Nok that is not true, if you receive them from a licensed U.S. pharmacy, everything they dispense must meet the same FDA efficacy standards. It is warned that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and ...

Please tell me if watson has a white 10/325?? I only had the yellow one's.. Are they real? ## Actually, Watson has recently been removing the dye from many of their tablets, due to people being allergic or sensitive to them. Thus, several of their products are now white. However, if you received it from an approved U.S. pharmacy and it has the same markings, then it is still the correct medication. Learn more Lortab details here. You should be aware, however, that there have also been reports from some that they don't seem to work the same and aren't as effective. Is there anything else I can help with? ## Yes they are white now. I just had to call the pharmacy to make sure I was given the right prescription. ## JG are they working fine for you? I have my white now, and I do...

hydrocodone is all the same. "Vicoprofen" is superior for dental pain ## Hi Kim, I'm not sure what the basis of your post is in so far as saying that "hydrocodone is all the same"? But the idea of adding Ibuprofen to the mix instead of the standard Acetaminophen/Tylenol doesn't seem to measure out a significant difference in my opinion, since they are both NSAID's. Vicoprofen may be good for pain for one person, but not necessarily another since everyone tends to respond differently. However each drug still comes with an understanding that undesirable and potentially fatal side effects such as liver or kidney damage, stomach bleeding, etc, has been reported to happen. So even if one does yield better results, the risk factors of using either one long term are...

Are they still making the round white Watson 10-325? After being on them for yrs for pain for my back all of a sudden the pharmacy changes to another that's A333. Not working nearly as well. But was also told that Watson was bought out. Unfortunately I'm one of those people that can't cant generics, & have the perfect formula for my medication til they just threw a wrench in it. Now I'm lost & not sure where to go or what 2 do. Any advise? ## No, that generic is also not being manufactured. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. The best suggestion I can make is that you speak to your doctor about trying an alternative medication. Does...

white oval, what milligram? ## What milligram is the Watson Lortab is 385 ? Does anyone know? ## 500 mg Acetaminophen, 7.5 mg Hydrocodone ## The dosage as listed by Jason is correct, so thanks go out to him! This is a generic for Lortab or Vicodin, as a narcotic, it does have the potential to be habit forming and it may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness and constipation. Learn more Lortab details here. Another note I'd like to add is that as of the time I'm posting, the FDA has requested that all of these combination prescription medications be changed to only contain a maximum of 325mgs of Acetaminophen, due to the dangers of liver damage/failure that can be associated with long-term use and the toxicity of overdose. Some companies have already begun impl...

they expired 2 years ago, can they still be taken? ## Hi Christeen, There's actually a lot of conflicting information around the topic of expired medication, but according to a Harvard Medical School family health article, except in rare cases (i.e. tetracycline), there is little chance of danger due to taking medications even up to 15 years beyond their expiration date. This conclusion was based upon a study conducted at the request of the US military due to stockpiles of expensive drugs they could otherwise need to replace every few years. The conclusion was that 90% of those drugs remained effective 10 - 15 years after the expiration date. But the question is whether or not the drug you have happens to be one of these drugs from the study... (I have not seen the list of drugs use...

white and speckled...hydrocodone 5/325 watson 3202....are the inactive ingredients sulfa based? ## Do you have a sulfa allergy? If so, you should make the pharmacy aware of it, when you get a prescription filled and they will check it to make sure it's safe for you to take. Learn more Vicodin details here. I haven't been able to find a listing of the inactive ingredients for this medication, but generally, they have to be substances that are considered to be safe, so sulfa substances wouldn't usually be approved for use, since it cause such severe allergies in some people. However, your pharmacy should also have a complete ingredients list that you can look over.

Am having knee replacements soon, had RNY so can't take any anti-inflammatories. Have been taking 1/2 of a 5-325 for pain made by Qualitest & have a V on one side & 3604 on other. Tablets are scored so can break easily. No problem with stomach. Latest Rx are same color but say Watson on one side and 3202 on other side and, though they are scored to break in half, are really hard to break..sometimes breaking into several pieces. Also, have had ulcer and stomach really burns, especially when I break the tablet into two parts. Could it be the fillers? ## Yes, there could be a filler that's causing more stomach acid. Have you talked to your doctor about possibly taking them with an antacid? As to breaking them, it would be much easier if you got a pill cutter, they are avail...

What major drug store chain carries watson hydrocodone pills? ## There is really no way of knowing, the only thing you can try is asking the pharmacies who manufactures the ones they carry. Since it is a generic, it can vary, at any given time, depending on who was offering the cheapest price, when the pharmacy had to restock their supply. That is how they keep their prices down for customers. Are there any other questions? ## Bro f*** the Watson brand, the yellow v cuts that have a Flying V or the peach are way better. Watson are weak. If you put the peach r 7.5 against the 10/325, the peach wins and it's lower in strength, but stronger than Watson. ## Do you have to ask if they carry your hydrocodone in person only? Or can you call? ## I get a monthly prescription of Norco 10 325 ...

Watson 10/325 yellow Norco has worked for 13 years - the white tablets I fillled are not helping WHATSOEVER. I suffer from rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, carpet tunnel in both wrists,3 herniated discs, 2 bulging discs and 3 fuses discs in my neck among a few problems. This is horrible - between this & the Qualitest bad pills that made me sick last month along with NO pain relief my Dr. is saying he is going out on a limb for me - no one is going out on a limb - we are simply standing up and stating obvious fraudulent pills being sold as pain relief when there is NONE. This is so horrible to live in pain and be afraid to call your Dr. again and tell them this has happened again now with a different brand that previoulsy worked before they "took out the yellow dye". yellow oblong hydrocodone marked Watson 10/325 scored on other side coloring on pills looks blochy. ## Where they received this way from your pharmacy? The coloring of tablets can vary or be irregular due to the manufacturing process, or if they have been exposed to dampness, heat or strong light. They contain 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, the active ingredients in Vicodin, a narcotic pain reliever. Side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and dry mouth. Hi. Came across a Norco 10/325 with simply "M367" and no "Watson" imprint. Real or garbage? ## @Stephen, Legitimate M367 pills don't say "Watson" on them. They only have the M367 imprint on the front and a vertical score line on the back side. Also, just for the record, these pills in particular are reportedly manufactured by Mallinckrodt, not Watson/Actavis. For verification, they carry a National Drug Code of 00406-0367 and are approximately 15.00 mm in size. You are right though about them being 10mg Hydrocodone bitartrate + 325mg Acetaminophen; a generic for Norco. Hope this helps! ## Extremely helpful and appreciated:-) There's so much bootleg garbage out there. Peace out! ## They are real and are the better hydrocodone pills out there compared to so...

Hi, can you help me please? These particular tablets are white with dots that appear light pink, where is this color derived from - what elements/source/dyes? ## What are the markings on them? That is what would enable me to look up these specific tablets for you to see what's used in them. The actual ones manufactured by Watson do not have the specks in them, but they have purchased a few other generic manufacturers recently. Thus, I need the markings in order to find these exact tablets. Thanks! ## Hi, thanks for your reply. They are tablets oval in shape with light pink specks throughout. One side states, WATSON, the other 3202. If you need any other specs, please email me and I sure hope you can find the info. I seek! Thanks for your help - much appreciated! ## Watson 3202, oval...

I have a damaged SI joint in my back from a car accident 12 years ago and also have fibromyalgia. I've recently noticed something and I'm hoping someone can help me figure this out. I've taken hydrocodone mainly for pain, usually 7.5 mg, but sometimes 10 mg. They make the pain tolerable but never seem to last long. I recently tried Watson 749, which I'd never heard of before, but they are percocet 5 mg. Both these and the hydrocodones I've taken had 325 mg acetaminophen in them. These 749 are awesome! They work faster, better and last longer! I understand that percocet is a stronger med than hydrocodone but a ten mg hydrocodone should be stronger than the 749, so why does this 749 work so much better? Everyone's body & pain tolerance is different so is that m...

I have the white pill and also the blue pill marked with watson 540. Aren't they both the same except for a difference in the acetaminophen? ## Research I have gathered shows they are one in the same pill. Even the milligrams are the same. I found that the blue version of Watson 540 is simply manufactured or distributed by more companies than just Watson. Do you have any other questions or concerns? Please post back if you do... ## The blue pill is stronger than the white one.. The blue pill has 10 mgs of hydrocodone and the white has 5 mg. the blue also has 500mg tylenol vs 325 mg..... Now, I have also had some white ones the same strength as the blue ones.. Check you labels, but I have not found any blue ones of the weaker strength. ## Help, please......I haven taken Vicodin HP on...
