Does watson carry this same pill as I believe that this is good old Maalinkroft and any pill they have is next to taking a 325 asprin. ## No, that manufacturer, as listed in your post is Endo Pharmaceuticals, the E is NOT a Mallinckrodt marking. The marking is actually E 653 and it does contain 30mgs of Morphine CR, a generic for MS Contin, this is a 12hour time released formulation. This is a very potent, narcotic analgesic. Some common side effects may include: nausea, dry mouth, dizziness and constipation.
