which is the best painkiller for low backache? Is it Voveron, Tolifast or Echochyte 60 or any other? ## I am suffering from back pain for last 4 days i am taking Tramajc 50 mg twice a day no relief in India ## Do either of you have a diagnosis as to what's causing your back pain? Has any testing been done? Learn more pain details here. That would be the place to start, you need to find out what's causing your pain, in order to find the proper solution. If you don't and you just take pain medications on your own, you may end up doing permanent damage, only to find out later that to start off, it was a minor injury that could have been easily remedied.
