hi sooo.... Im 27, 5'11, 124 pounds. I want to be 140 I think that is still heathy and wont wear out my heart... The only thing is I'd like to do this using a vitiam or something natural. or maybe even building muscle. I'm not sure how to do this, but I do want to do it in a healthy manner. Or maybe gain a little at a time so once I get to a desirable size I can keep it there. I would like to start working out again but when I work out I get even smaller!!!
