Vicoprofin

I have been on hysingla er 30 mg for a week. I was taking vicoprofin 7-325 5 x a day for severe back and hip pain. I don't feel anything on this medication. I've had a bad backache for 3 day s now and I am "waiting" for it to "kick in". It hasn't yet. I've been taking Advil which is helping a little. Why am I not getting relief from this medicine? They say is so strong. Are you joking? I feel nothing. I am wearing a clonidine patch in case I feel any withdrawals. Any answers? ## Hello, Brdie! How are you? I was recently diagnosed with polymyalgia rheumatica (sudden onset). Because severe pain prevented me from sleeping, I was prescribed Vicoprofin 7.5-200. This had a most unusual effect on my dreams: They invariably involved some stressful situation (house-fire car theft etc) which endured for an extended period of time. When I awoke I was relieved to discover that I had been dreaming - drink of water - visit to the john. Here is the strange part; When I went back to sleep, I was back in the trauma of the previous dream! There's more. When I again awoke with relief and went back to sleep again to find myself in the same dream but this time knowing that I was dreaming! I have experienced similar sequences like the above about four tomes in the last month. No other side-effects. Anyone...

I'm allergic to aspirin and ibuprofen and I was wondering if hydrocodone acetaminophen 7.5-325 has any of that in it? Thanks ## No it does not. It's only hydrocodone and Tylenol. VICOPROFIN does have ibuprofen in it so stay away from that! All the best, HOUSE ## No it does not have any of that in it. It is two different kind of medication ## No. Hydrocodone has acetaminophen which is the ingredient in Tylenol. ## @cheeky, Yes, I agree with what everyone else said. Just to help clarify, every drug name which you listed in your message are actually different ingredients altogether. So if you are allergic to Aspiring and Ibuprofen, you might be able to take Hydrocodone and Acetaminophen (which are 2 completely different drugs).
