Well i dont like it. I know i will not use walgreens anymore for my vicotin this med. Did they change this medication from yellow to white? The pharmacy says yes but they don't seem to work the same as the yellow. Watson 853 generic hydrocodone and are causing strange stomach ache. I have a yellow pill with Watson 853 on it, is this a Pecocet? ## This tablet contains 325mgs of Acetaminophen and 10mgs of Hydrocodone, a generic for Norco or Vicodin. Why do they affect me differently? I can function OK and complete my work outs with M367, but the yellow Watson 853 renders me useless - they just put me to sleep. Aren't they the same ingredients? By the way, the white watson 853, though they take longer to take effect, they work ok. ## Yes, the active ingredients are the same, but there can be slight fluctuations in the amounts from one generic to another, so that may be what's affecting you.
