What are these pills i found in my 17 year old's pocket? ## Hi macey, Based on my research, others who have this pill in their possession identified these blue heart shaped pills as a steroid called "Dianabol". Has VGR 200 on one side and nothing on the other side. ## Hi Michael, The closest match I've been able to locate for a blue diamond shaped pill, has the imprint "VGR 100" on one side and "Pfizer" on the other. It is identified as Viagra 100 mg. Manufacturer: Pfizer U.S. Pharmaceuticals Group National Drug Code (NDC): 00069-4220 I know your description said VGR 200. I found a blue diamond shape pill with nothing on it. I don't know what it is. ## If there is nothing on it, it is going to be very difficult to narrow down what this is. We can rule it out as being a U.S. prescription medication, since they all have to have markings to enable their ID. However, it could be any one of a large number of over the counter items or even a foreign medication. 77 ## Are you saying it has the marking 77 on it? If so, I can't find any listings for it in any of our U.S. prescription medication resources. If there are no markings on it, it is going to be difficult to positively identify. Was it found in the U.S.? Does anyone else recognize this tablet? ## I'm not sure but you could be reading the pill "upsidedown" or "sideways",The "LL" on the side can look like "77" or "F" if turned the wrong way. If the pill is a small blue hexagon (6 sided) and reads "LL" on one side and "B01" on the other side, it is probably a blood pressure pill called Lisinopril, a generic for Prinzide I think. ## Yes I looked again and it is LL not 77

I have inclement anxiety and taking these pills has been really helpful. Just don't over do it, one is enough every 8 hours or so depending on the sevarity of your anxiety. This isn't listed in the U.S. prescription drug databases, however, there is a foreign tablet matching this description that is claimed to be a generic of Viagra. Unfortunately, there is no way to actually confirm this, since most foreign medications aren't regulated as strictly as those available in the U.S. Learn more Viagra details here. Pill blueish green with AX on one side and 100 on the other. Wanting to know if this pill is viagra? ## The diamond shape and '100' imprint are indicative of possible Viagra (Sildenafil) 100mg tabs. But, I've never seen the AX imprint in conjunction with this in my research here. This leads me to believe that if it is Viagra, it may very well be counterfeit depending on how you came about receiving it or where it originated from? That's not necessarily my final conclusion. A lab analysis would put our search efforts to rest. However Sildenafil (foreign or domestic) is the only type of pill I've seen that's remotely similar in description. What is a blue diamond shaped pill with "V G" on both sides? The package contained 4 pills and had no English on it at all, just Chinese writing. ## Based on related pills, there's some reason to suspect that this may be a foreign (Chinese) version of Viagra... U.S. Viagra by Pfizer is a blue diamond shaped pill with "VGR" + the dosage (e.g. 50) on one side and the words "Pfizer" on the other.
