It's an oval white pill with u03 on it. I was prescribed them a while back for pain. Just wondering how they compare to the Watson 853s that I'm prescribed now? ## Hello, Brad! How are you? Both of these tablets contain 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. This is a narcotic analgesic, which carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with? ...

Has anyone seen a hydro thats u03 ## There actually are white oval-shaped pills marked with U03 that are identified as Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone bitartrate (325/10mg). Learn More: Acetaminophen + Hydrocodone I hope this info helps! ## Just got refill & it was these U03's. They are pretty weak compared to the former "Lortab" however they are controlling my pain somewhat... ## The.e weaker? I had never seen them before today. Just want to know difference between both pills, beside Manufacturers. I was taking Hydocodone-Acetaminophen 10-325 yellow pill #1096 on one side a V on other side. I was then switched to a white oval pill with the same strength, but has U03 on one side. both say substituted for Norco. ## I honestly don't know why my word verification keeps posting incorectly. Maybe I'm just very tired and it is time to close down for the night and I can revisit tomorrow. Thank you and good night. ## Hello, Chula! How are you? That is the only difference. When a medication is available for generic production, it is usually manufactured by several different companies, because this creates market competition to help keep prices down. The FDA classifies this medication as being a narcotic analgesic... ...
