found a small white tablet blank on obe side and a number 2 on the other, what is this? ## I'm pretty sure these are perphenazine 2mg, I have a small sum of the same pills, they are an antipsychotic medication used for bi-polar disorder and schizophrenia/schizo-effective disorders. Some doctors (like the i****s that prescribe seraquil for sleep) will prescribe this as a sleep aid as well..I hope this helps, I'm trying to make 100% sure they are perphenazine myself (friend gave them to me 'cause my psychiatrist "forgot" to refill me) but I'm almost positive, he takes the same as I (400mg seraquil and 2mg perphenazine). I will comment again once I'm certain that this pill is perphenazine.

its worn down a little but its very small white round pill with a v on one side and on the other side there is a line down the middle but i cant make out the numbers ## Without knowing those numbers, it is going to be difficult to narrow down what this is. The V logo is used by Vintage!Qualitest, they make many different prescription products and just the size and color isn't really enough to discern which one this is. Is there anyway you can try to make out those numbers?

The pill is quite small and round. Less than 1/4" (0.5cm) across. It is Blank on one side and on the other side is a ~ imprint that goes almost to the edges of the tablet. Clean white colour. URGENT!! I think my dog might have eaten one! ## Hi Jesse, Unfortunately I'm having a hard time locating your pill based on the description you provided. If you're able to, I would consider taking the pill over to your local pharmacy and having it analyzed by their team to see if they can come up with anything. Also double check the marking if you think there's anything more to it than what you stated. If you do decide to have it checked out, please post back with whatever information they provide you with! ## Did you end up finding out what it was I have one but don't know what...

He said he was told it was some type of speeder pill, but he doesn't do that and brought it home for me to identify. The pill is really small, white, round and on one side says P on the top part and 771 on the bottom part. ## Yes, it says P on top and 771 on the bottom. The back is bare and says nothing. It has a diameter of about 16/64ths (6.350[mm]). I heard it was some sort of opioid, and helped to prevent diareah. ## Yes, it is called Diphenoxylate HCl atropine sulfate [1]. It is used in the treating of diareah. I was told it had opiates in it, and there seems to be side effects of opiates and dependency warnings as well as Opiate rehabilitation advertisements when you pull the page up. I hope this helped. was told it is 1 mg lorazepam but cant find anyy information online supporting this.... can someone please help? ## If there are no markings, we can completely rule it out as being a U.S. manufactured prescription medication. They are all required to have markings to enable their identification. With no markings and based on your description, the greatest likelihood is that it is an over the counter product, however, there is also a small chance that it could be a foreign medication. Where was it found/obtained? ## I can confirm that a pill meeting this description is available in Australia, with the contents described. ## I'm trying to identify a small round white pill with no markings and scored on one side with one line. The front and back are concave.
