Can't identify small, tiny round white pill scored one side, blank flip side scoring is L 72. What else an I tell you. That's all I know. If I knew more, wouldn't need to ask you. ## Hi Elizabeth, Is there any chance that your pill imprint might say "I 72" as opposed to "L 72"? I actually came across a description of a round gray pill (approx. 8mm in size), with an upper case "I" next to "72" on one side and blank on the other. Unfortunately I'm not sure it has a score line… however, the pill is said to be identified as a 75mg Minocycline HCL tablet; which is used to treat various types of bacterial infections (including some skin conditions). Are you sure there aren't additional markings? Teva Pharmaceuticals is a large manufacturer of generic prescription medications and they have recently started using TEVA as their logo on the pills they make, but they also use numbers on them. Thus, I'm not sure if the numbers on this one were rubbed off, or are just too small to be easily seen, since some of their tablets are pretty tiny. Could you please double check?
