I'd just red that taking cherifer is effective at morning coz it's boost our energy throughout the day. Especially if this cherifer has vit B complex... and also drinking milk has a bad reaction when you take cherifer at the same time because calcium in milk is not good with iron... that's why cherifer is best at morning or if you want you can drink your milk at night before you sleep. I would like to enquire what will be a similar vitamins like CHERIFER here in Australia for my 12 yr. old daughter. ## I'm sorry, I don't know what's available in Australia. The best thing I can recommend would be asking a doctor, or pharmacist/chemist to suggest a complete multivitamin that would be good for her to take.
