I'd suggest seeing a beautician, before trying anything. You need to know what the issue is with your hair, if you add Keratin and it already has too much protein, that will just make it even worse. At about the time I was diagnosed with borderline blood pressure and put on metoprol Tar, I noticed discoloring on one, then two shoulders -- a rash -- where the skin became harder and bumpy/scaley. At the same time I developed a rash under my right breast that hasn't gone away. It's four years now and my blood pressure has risen and the rash spreading throughout my back, into my arms, and recently into the buttocks and legs.
