I have had high B.p since the last 10 years, high blood sugar for the last 6 years. I take medicine called jalra m, volibo 0.3, Trigilimsave forte for my B.P and I take losar H. Now at this time my Hba-1 7.9, s.creatine 1.4 , fbls 157. Plbs 256. My dr. started me on nefrosave tablets 1-0-1 but i am very tense regarding my kidney health. ## My mother is a diabetic since 7yrs. She often suffers from URINARY TRACT INFECTIONS and her blood report has just recently started showing protein in urine. Her doctor has prescribed nefrosave to protect her kidney. She doesn't have bp. She is just a diabetic. I would like to know if nefrosave is the right medicine for preventing protein formation in the urine. Please elaborate ## I have only one kidney. I am an old female patient (age 81)suffering for ILD (Interstices lung disease) and R.Arthritis. Having Predmet since last 4 years with varying doses (16mg to 6mg) as per Doctor's advise. Since last six weeks dose reduced to 4mg per day. In addition to general weakness and Blood sugar disorder (which is due to predmet - according to my Doctor), I am suffering Short time memory loss recently from last six to eight months. Other medicines are Ramistar5, Volibo0.3mg, Minipress XL 5mg and Aztor20. Have BP 120/80 more or less uniform. Also take Idrofos 150mg - 1 tab/month. I am taking tab Melmet 1gm after B/F & Dinner, Volibo0.2mg before B/F & Dinner, Trejenta 5mg after Lunch. Please let me know the side effects if any ? I am feeling some gastric also.
