Is Doxinate Plus Safe for Nausea Relief During Early Pregnancy?

My wife is 31 years old. She had a miscarriage in August 2008 and is currently in her 8th week of pregnancy. She sometimes experiences vomiting in the morning, expelling all the food she has had for breakfast. Other symptoms include occasional headaches, drowsiness for 4-5 hours, and a feeling of total body weakness. She has been prescribed Folivite 5mg, Susten 400mg (one tablet each day), and Chorion injections of 5000 units; all of which were started after her 5th week of pregnancy as per doctor's instructions. As for her nausea, would it be possible for her to take Doxinate Plus to alleviate it? ## Yes

Susten 400 mg and Susten 200 injection

After detecting minimal subchorionic hemorrhage, the doctor advised susten 400 mg twice daily and susten injection once a week. Is it ok to continue and what are the side effects.
