I want to gain weight now, but I also have small pimples and acne that I am trying very hard to get rid of... Hi. I started Ozempic 3 weeks ago. Recently I have become constipated but having diarrhea. (Yes that is possible) I have also had horrible indigestion and a lot of acid sitting in my stomach. I recently was prescribed Trintellix by my psychiatrist for anxiety and depression. I told her I cannot be on a medication that will cause weight gain and or fluid retention. Since starting this medication I've been on it for two days I feel really weird, lazy and like I just don't want to do anything. Low mood. After 14 good years on 5mg of Lexapro my panic attacks and extreme worry returned a few weeks ago. Went to see my Pdoc and said to up the Lexapro to 10mg. I was recently recommended to get on a daily program of Phentermine and Chromium Picolinate. I would basically have to take the Phentermine along with the Chromium one hour after breakfast, and then a second dose of the Chromium in the early afternoon.
