Has anyone ever taken or hear about a peach/orange covered, oval subutex with the inscription 54 411 on it? .. I can't find these particular ones online anywhere but I believe theyre brand new and I was also wondering what milligram they are? ## The last time I filled my script that's what they were, Orange, oval, 8mg bupenorphen. ## Hi Challen, These orange oval tablets must be fairly new, as per my research, 8mg Buprenorphine Hydrochloride with an imprint of 54 411 is still identified as being white and round. On the other hand, 8mg Buprenorphine Hydrochloride has also been made available in an orange oval tablet with 153 on one side and an Actavis half moon logo on the other. These are somewhat new as well, so not to be mistaken for the other orange oval tablet that you'r...

I’ve been taking 8mg subutex (54s) for about a year. Today I took half a pill didn’t think much of it as it felt the same but then noticed they were RP b8. Does anyone have any info on the difference? Since I’ve noticed I’m all worried if they are weaker, stronger, the same? If anyone has any answers I’d greatly appreciate it! Thanks ## Hello Miss, According to the NIH both pills are buprenorphine 8mg tablets so it should be the same strength. The reason the imprint is different is the pills are from different generics/brands. There are multiple different generics that have both imprints and if you would like me to give you more information on the differences between the two I would need to know the generic/brand of each. From there I can give you a more in...

Does the Buprenorphine 8mg 460 work as well as 54 411's? I'm curious as I've seen other imprints, just not 460. Please let me know if they are better or worse. ## BETTER. The only thing is they taste a tad worse. I use 1mg a day and these are slightly smaller and worker slightly better in my opinion. ## Among other influential factors, some people may respond better or worse to the different binders/fillers upon switching from one tablet to the next. That said, the only true way to compare efficacy is to go through trial and error with both versions yourself and not solely based off someone else's feedback. Inactive ingredients in the 460 pill are: Lactose Monohydrate, Mannitol, Povidones, Anhydrous Citric Acid, Sodium Citrate, Butylated Hydroxyanisole, Magnesium Stearat...

Need to find a similar pill to a 8mg subutex with imprint. 54 411 ## Unfortunately there aren't any pills with the same imprint and/or color, since this is what makes these 8mg Subutex tablets unique amongst other pills on the market. I don't know why anyone would even need a fake replacement for it, but I hope for whoever's sake that it's for the right reasons. The closest match I was able to find is a white round pill marked "54 755", however this also happens to be generic Subutex. You can learn more about this drug on the page for Buprenorphine Details May I ask what you plan on using the replacement for? ## Yes they make generic Tylenol from the dollar store that looks just like subutex but the rylenol pills are a little more hard than the texs ## Wat is the...

54 but they are broke in half. Its not smooth on the other side there is a line right threw the middle of the opposite side. What is this, please help ## Hi Dan, From your description the closest match I'm seeing online is a white round pill marked with 54 111 on one side and scored on the other. It contains 250mgs of Mefloquine; which is used to prevent and treat malaria. Had there been no score line I would've thought this to be a generic Subutex tablet, since it shares the same imprint 54 411. But if you could double check the "4" to make sure it's not a "1" that would confirm whether or not Mefloquine is a prime suspect. One thing is for sure though, and that is that the manufacturer of both of these pills starting with 54 and followed by three digits is ...

I've been going to a clinic for almost a year now and each time I get prescribed 8mg Subutex. When I would fill my prescription I would receive 54 411 white tablets. Today when I picked it up I got M 924 white tablets. The only difference I've found is the manufacturer. The manufacturer for the 54 411 is ROXANE and for the M 924 is MYLAN. Are they pretty much the same pill just different imprint/manufacturer? ## I'm trying to figure out the same issue!! ## Yes, these tablets are just manufactured by different companies, which so very common with generics. The FDA classifies this medication as an opiate that is most commonly used to treat drug addiction. It has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and c...

Someone told me my wife's subutex were fake because they saw a half of a tablet and it only had the 54 half showing. I found it hard to believe because they came from the pharmacy and all the rest look fine. Actually other than it being cut in half it looks fine as well. It has the same color shape and imprint other than the 411 side being cut off. Any ideas on how to either prove or disprove these accusations because i just highly doubt the pharmacy is giving anyone fake and/or counterfeit medicine. ## If you received them from a licensed U.S. pharmacy, then there is no reason to think they are fake. They are manufactured by Roxane Laboratories and they list them as being 8mg sublingual Buprenorphine tablets, a generic for Subutex. The FDA classifies this medication as an opiate th...

A friend of my husbands mentioned that he was taking subxone. I was curious as to what it was. He showed one to me but it looks exactly like a generic percocet but has different numbers. They are a round white pill with nothing on one side and on the other are the numbers 54 411. however, the only description i'm finding is oval and orange. Is this suboxone or something else? ## A white circle pill with nothing imprinted on either side is it a generic suboxone? ## There is no generic for Suboxone. Suboxone itself is an orange octagon tablet. It has N8 on one side and what looks like a high cross on the other side. There is a generic for Subutex. It is a white tablet and has 54 411 on one side. The 54 is above the 411. Hope this helps. Instead of relying on people who will take advan...
