My one year of zubsolv is done 7/1/17. I am terrified and need to taper and quickly. Where do I start ? How can I do this? I have and my 8 year old to care for. Husband passed and only living parent. I want to be a good mother. I only take the zubsolv. I realize now I have been fooling myself. ## It's not as bad as people would have you think. You will feel bad for a couple of weeks. And it will be hard to sleep. But you can find something at the drug store that will help you get by the hard parts. But it's not as bad as you think. ## Thank you kindly for responding. You make me feel so much better. I NEEDED an optimistic approach if I'm to do this. I did find a site "how to get off Suboxone without withdrawals"that seemed to be helpful. Start tapering off, DLPA, oth...

Tricare does not cover Suboxone doctors or prescription. They will however cover your prescription for Subutex or generic buprenorphine. I pay $10 no matter how many pills are prescribed for generic buprenorphine or Subutex. My doctor personally bills my lab work which is $120 a month two Tricare but I am paying out-of-pocket for the doctor's visit. VA will not do anything where I am. But I know and very few VA sites there are doctors prescribing Suboxone good luck finding them. ## Hey! I'm on tricare standard. I was referred to pain management out in town. My dr has been awesome. I was on morphine and Oxys for like 9 years. On Jan 23, 2017 my dr said what I was taking could've killed a grown man. He suggested suboxone. I had to go through 24 hours of withdrawals then came t...

Are there a cherry flavored subutux or suboxone ## No, unfortunetly as of August 2017, there is no cherry flavored SUBOXONE® (buprenorphine szddddand naloxone) sublingual film or tablets available at this time. ZUBSOLV® is an off brand of SUBOXONE® that has a minty flavor to it. If you would prefer a minty flavor, perhaps discuss switching to ZUBSOLV® sublingual tablets with your doctor, pharmacist, or a medical professional.

Okay, so I've gone through a lot on this site and nothing is really helping me with my question. I started taking methadone almost two years ago. I got up to 70mgs and stabilized for awhile then my counselor and I decided with all the positive changes I've made that tapering down would be a good option for me. I have been tapering very slow since last May "2016". By January I got to 30mgs of methadone and once I got to 26mgs I asked to be taken back up to 30mgs. I stayed on 30mgs for another month and then realized I was moving to Florida very soon. Problem is I have the state insurance and Florida programs will not accept the insurance I currently have. So, my methadone dr put me on a rapid detox which was 2mg a day. My last does was 16mgs on Saturday April 8, 2017. I w...

I'm not sure how many are aware of all the new changes Medicaid has and continues to change against suboxone, not good! At one time medicaid paid for suboxone with PA without all the restrictions. After adding many restrictions causing many doctors to stop doing PA meaning you paid our of pocket for your meds even though you have 100% medicaid. Then as of April 1st 2017 the ARTS Program started that claimed anyone who had medicaid shouldn't be paying out of pocket for their meds. Also they claimed there would be many doctors taking medicaid for the office visit, well that was a lie and the few who do really put you through the ringer. I was told I would receive reimbursement from my insurance for the off call and meds by filing a appeal under the ARTS program and send all receipt...

I'm being prescribed Gave Tin for leg pain in my calves. Is this what it's used for? I was taking opiates for years. I'm on suboxone now. I don't want to become addicted to anything. The leg pain is a trigger because it's exactly the way I felt coming down... But, I'm assuming this is fibromyalgia? ## I'm sorry, did you mean Gabapentin? It is an anticonvulsant that is also used to help certain types of nerve pain, some mood disorders, and to prevent seizures. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, mood swings, and weight changes. ## There's an article published on the Mayo Clinic website from August 2017 that says "While gabapentin hasn't been approved by the FDA for the treatment of fi...
