Stamlo Beta Side Effects

I am a regular user of Stamlo beta and recently ankle pain has developed in my left toe. Further in recent blood tests creatinine serum value is also found 1.43mg/dl against max limit of 1.2mg/dl. Pl advise whether it is side effect of this. My doctor has changed the medicine to Telma 40. ## Stamlo contains the active ingredient Amlodipine and yes, in some people it has been known to cause the type of problems you were experiencing. I am a T 2 DM patient for last few years. The following medicines are taken for last few months. Amryl 1 OD, Volibo 0.3 TDS, Clopitab 75 ODPC, Gabantin 100 BD, Fibator 10 OD, Losar H OD , Losar A OD and Prazopress XL 2.5 OD. As my BP was observed as 160/70 on 4/10/12, Doctor changed the medicines for Hypertension instead of Losar A, and Losar H to Stamlo 10 and Prazopress XL 5.For last 3/4 days my anklet and feet are seen to be swelling. May I know the probable cause of any medicine particularly of Stamlo 10? ## For last 5 days, I am taking Stamlo-5 OD and Prazopress XL 2.5 BD with other medicines as usual.My feet sowelling problem in no more. I have migraine and the doctor suggested me betacap, its nt eevn one month and i am feeling my weight increased. Is there any other medicine which i can take instead of betacap ## I am taking betacap Tr 40 for 1 yr. But gradually ganing wt. Is it the side effect of the medicine .if it is how can I stop my wt gaining process as I am feeling uncomfortable. My father age 52 years has been taking stamlo beta for more than 10 years now. he has been taking even Atorva 10 mg for cholesterol (230 approx) from 10 years. off late, he has been feeling that he has difficulty in passing urine in the morning due to the flow; also he doesnt have immunity like before. doctor had prescribed 1 tablet of stamlo beta and atorva everyday but he does not take it regularly. he goes for morning walk also but irregular though. is it OK to have atorva and stamlo beta together? whether Slow flow of urine and loss in immunity power are side effects of any of the tablets mentioned above. note: he does not have sugar or any other issue except of blood pressure and cholestrol. ## Hello, Deepika! Hi am using stamlo beta from last 20 days. Some sound similar to heart beat am able to hear in my ears. Is this a side effect of this drug ..? I am not sure wht happend.
