Spasmo Urolong Dosage

I have been taking Zaldiar (paracetamol, tramadol) twice a day for about a week as a pain killer for a partial tear of my shoulder's rotator cuff condition; everytime I took the pill I would feel a little dizzy, but it wasn't really that bad and it did help to lessen the pain; however since yesterday I started feeling pretty strange and I blamed it on the pill, so I stopped taking it, and the pain came back, it turned out that what I really have now is an UTI, therefore while waiting for the culture due on wednesday, I gave been given Spasmo Urolong; since the pain for my shoulder condition is back I was wondering if I could take both meds; wouldn't there be side effects by taking both?

I am taking spasmo-urolong 2tablets every 12hrs. Is this ok or is it better 1pill every 6hrs? ## I took 1 Spasmo Urolong every 12 hours for 7 days. Went to Dr. and prescribed same for 7 days with 2 pills every 8 hours. The past 4 days I have had soft feces with each urination episode. Could this be because of the amount of medicine in a 14 day period?

My daughter was given 'spasmo-urolong' antibiotics in Costa Rica for a UTI. The two ingredients are Nitrofurantoina 75 mg and Camilofina 50 mg. What is Camilofina? and are there any contraindications? ## did this medication work for your daughter. I still have some at home and do not remember how many to take a day. can you let me know the dosage directions. thanks
