Have pills in zip-lock bag, which I have no idea what they are. Small, round, white, with P on top of the scored line and 12 on the bottom. Can someone help? ## The pill should actually be more of a light greenish color than white. This pill is scored on one side and has 224 on the other. with very similar #4 as typed here. It is white, round and about the size of a pencil's eraser. ## I haven't found a definitive ID on this pill, but from what other's have mentioned, an "off-white" round pill marked 224 is 450mgs of Lithium Carbonate Extended Release. NOTE: the number "4" is as you described it to be, but it also has what looks like a letter "G" on the other side of the pill, sitting above the score line.
