Found this and wanted to know what it is and what it is used for. It is a small white pill with the letter S on one side and the numbers 707 on the other side. ## Hello, The pill you have is Topiramate (25 mg). Topiramate treats epilepsy in children and adults and was originally marked as an anticonvulsant. It is FDA approved for, and most frequently prescribed for, the prevention of migraines. I found this pill and have searched everywhere for an answer. It is round, white, has 110 on one side, but a triangle type design on the other. Maybe like an upside down triangle with no bottom line and an x through it?
