I accidentally spilled opened my wife's purse and she had small white pills with these fancy letter R on one side and 550 on the other what are these pills for I am concerned I am very worried don't want to approach her until I know what to PI'll is first. ## Hello, David! How are you? Are the markings in black print? If so, this is a 50mg delayed release Diclofenac tablet, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that's used to treat pain, fever and swelling. Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache and stomach irritation. ## My Doc just changed my medication from Adderall Xr 30 mg - 2 X daily to Ritalin 20 mg tablets- 3 X/day. My question is will these pills make me feel the depression & anger I had with the Addetall XR or IR (generics).

902 on one side and W on other side ## Well I think it is one of 2 possibilities: 1. Naprelan 550 mg extended release (Naproxen). Anti-Inflammatory Pain reliever like Aleve. W 902 is an old marking for this pill. - OR - 2. Captopril 12.5 mg for treating high blood pressure. If so, the tablet is manufactured by Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 5mgs of Oxycodone in a regular release formulation. The FDA warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth. Josh, what are the markings on the pill in question? Can you please post back and clarify? There are several companies that use an M logo.

would like to know how the pill look ## Hi tuffy, If you run a search on google images for "vicodin 5 500", you'll come across a number of photos that accurately depict the different shapes and colors that these particular pills come in. Most however, tend to be white and oblong shaped.
