i found this pill on my brothers floor while babysitting and im nervouse because the kids are 4 and 6 and they handed me this one but still myself ,i dont know if there were more. they know better, im just terrified because my brother is away and i need to know what medication this is. ## This tablet contains 25mgs of Topiramate, an anticonvulsant that is also commonly used to treat migraines. If you've no reasons to believe the kids took them, then relax, there is no reason to be terrified. Just make it clear that if they find any more of them, they are to bring them to you immediately. This is a pretty low dosage and just make sure you watch the kids for any signs that they may have ingested them, such as nausea, vomiting, dizziness and severe drowsiness. unfamiliar.. looks like an aspirin but has a capital letter "N" over top of the number 25. No additional markings on the flip side.. just a criss cross imprint. ## It sounds like one of the pain meds that I currently take. Its a form of oxicodone. You may want to check in a current PDR. If you don't have one try and go on line and see if you can find an online version. The PDR stands for Physicians Desk Reference. It has pictures and information about that drug. Good Luck Bobby ## From what I could gather, This white round pill marked "N" over "25" on one side, contains a combination of 25mg Ephedrine + 200mg Guaifenesin made by PDK Labs. The brand name is said to be "Two-Way MaxBrand", and these are confirmed to have the cross scores on the back. Thi...

I found this pill on top of one of my cabinets in the house . can you tell me what it might be? ## Could the marking be 5880 V? I actually have these and due to the size and pressing of the imprint, the numbers are difficult to make out on them. However, they contain 25mgs of Spironolactone, which is primarily used as a potassium sparing diuretic and antihypertensive agent. Learn more Spironolactone details here. ## Possibly a Prednisone, a corticosteroid, used primarily for inflammatory conditions. I would advise flushing it down the toilet, or putting it with yucky food trash, so no one will take it by accident or on purpose. It can have nasty side effects.
