What is this pill? Tiny round white pill w/ A on one side, 75 on the other. no scoring. ## Did you ever find out what the pill was? I just found the same pill and would like to know what it is as well. ## Was given one that fits the description and was told it's a very effective/strong extended release sleeping pill. Not so sure tho since I can't find any info or photo identification for it anywhere on any drug website and will never trust just hearsay. ## Closest I came was finding a pill w similar description on drugs.com pill identifier which says it's a 5mg Oxycodone. Acetaminophen Oxycodone Hydrochloride 325 mg / 5 mg. I couldn't seem to locate much details on a Nitol (with an i), other than it containing Nitric Acid.
