round white pill with ip 145 imprinted on one side ## HYDROCODONE; IBUPROFEN (Vicoprofen®, Reprexain™) is a combination of two different types of pain medicine. Hydrocodone; ibuprofen combination products are used to treat moderate to severe pain. Generic hydrocodone; ibuprofen tablets are available. ## Just to add some details, this tablet is listed as containing 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone, and 200mgs of Ibuprofen, so it is a generic for Vicoprofen.
