A 26 year old male, previous drug abuser (don't know what drugs) was admitted to a psychiatric unit for over a month, tried to commit suicide, jumped off a bridge, but survived, is now into going to the gym big time and protein drinks. He has an obnoxious attitude, dirty bedroom, keeps himself clean, very bolshie and verbal if confronted by his elderly parents. He panicked at the potential loss of 41 pale yellow tablets (with 5 on one side and nothing on the other) when I cleaned his room. The tablets were in a plastic sandwich bag which he claimed were his quetiapine prescribed meds, but I don't think so. Can anyone help identify them? ## These are 5mg generic valium tablets. Valium is a trademarked name the drug known as diazepam. The chemical/drug "Diazepam" (pronounc...

That's all it is. Just small, round, yellow and says 20 and nothing on the other side. Anyone? ## @Znorgg, Based on the description provided, I came across two potential matches that are round yellow pills with a "20" on one side and blank on the other. Both happen to be the same medication but are manufactured by two different drug companies. The first is a Zyprexa zydis tablet containing 20mg of Olanzapine, produced by Lilly, Eli and Company. The second is also a 20mg Olanzapine tablet, manufactured by a company called Prasco Labs. Olanzapine is an antipsychotic used for treating symptoms of schizophrenia as well as bipolar disorder. Does this sound like a possibility?

It is used to treat various mental health disorders. The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, mood swings, and weight changes. This is an over the counter low-dose Aspirin tablet, 81mgs, the one many people take for blood thinning and heart health. The FDA classifies it as a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that's used to treat pain, fever and swelling. Its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, stomach irritation and increased risk of bleeding. Is there anything else I can help with? ## Had some of these in a ibuprofen bottle and was told it was aspirin. My gf took it and got a bad headache a few hours later.

And no, it is available in a 2mg tablet, as well. Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, headache and irritability. Learn more: Are there any other comments or questions? ## I take 2 mg twice a day. Trying to figure out what I've stumbled upon. Its yellow/white or beige/white in colour, the only markings I can find is a 40 stamped in brown on one side and nothing on the other. The edges are rounded and smooth, its got a coating on it. Looked it up and so far no luck figuring out what it is, please help! Also I reside in Canada if that helps any.... ## HI Michy, My guess is that the 40 stands for the milligram, so there's no way to be 100% sure what the pill is. However, I did find some information about a 40 mg OxyNEO (oxycodone) from canada. It matches your description, other than the fact that there is an ON with an underline imprinted on one side. If you google "OxyNEO 40 mg" you should be able to find an image of the pill I'm talking about. You can learn mor...

If you find out please let me know ## Hey guys, This certainly seems to be a tough pill to find a match for, but I did locate similar information as "oprah" had mentioned from another user stating that the description was a small round yellow pill with 0 on top and then 0.6 on the bottom all scored on one side. The post was filed under Oxycodone, however there's no specific details online that I could gather to prove this to be a match. Where did you happen to obtain the pill from?

We found a lot of thick yellow round pills scored on one side n blank on the other. Just curious as to what it could be ## Hi Dot, Unless you manage to get the pill analyzed by a lab, a tablet without an imprint could literally be anything from A to Z. However, I do have a few ideas I wanted to share with you as far as what it "could be". The first pill is a round light yellow Vitamin B-100 Complex tablet that is reportedly about 8 millimeters in size. It is also said to be scored on one side and blank on the other. The second pill is a round yellow pill from South Africa that has a score line on one side and left blank on the other. It reportedly contains 130mgs of theophylline + 24mgs of ephedrine + 16.6mgs of pyrilamine. Unfortunately this is the full extent of my research, g...

Found small, flat, yellow pill w/ 5 on one side the other side has a line across the middle. What is it? ## Hi Sheryl, In other related discussion threads, I've heard of similar small round yellow tablets with a 5 on one side and scored on the other to be some type of foreign 5mg Valium from the Philippines. However the size of the "5" is also reported to be very small on these particular tablets. Is this the case with your pill as well? At any rate, depending on where or who you got your pill from, my suggestion would be to bring it to your local pharmacy or doctor for a second/third opinion. If they don't recognize it as medical professionals, I'd be led to assume that it really is foreign or counterfeit; and definitely not worth the risk of taking. Has anyone else...

Hello! I need some help identifying the pills I have.. The pill is yellow and round with an imprint of 81 on one side, the over side is blank. I've searched the net over and over findin only one result which is the Bayer 81mg time release aspirin. But that pill has the imprint of 81 in black, which is different from my pill because the imprint on my pill is embossed/ engraved into the pill, therefore the "81" is yellow like the pill... Now is this still 81mg's of aspirin or is this something else?? Thank you for your input!! ## Yes, this is still an 81mg Aspirin tablet, just not the time released one, it's a regular formulation. Oxy fast? with the set up above with the RIGHT definition of the Pill in question is Great! It gets kind of confusing when right below it there is the wrong answer. I found a round pill. It's a yellow color. On one side there is a line through the middle and the other side is blank. I was told this is 15mg Percocet(oxycodone), but I have never seen it before. Anyone have any idea what this could be? ## Hi Diggy, Based on my research, the closest match I can find is Percodan; which is a combination of Aspirin (325 mg) and Oxycodone hydrochloride (4.8355 mg). This pill matches the description you provided exactly, except that the side with the score has the imprint "percodan" on the outer edge.
