What is this pill? It is white, scored on one side only, front has Endo then 602, (the E is in cursive). It is smaller than dime but bigger than pencil eraser. I did not take it, I have looked everywhere for description, no luck. I was told it is a pain medication. ## That is correct, the tablet with the marking ENDO 602 was manufactured by Endo Pharmaceuticals, and they list it as having contained 5mgs of Oxycodone, and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. NDC: 60951-0602 This tablet has now been discontinued. The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth. ENDO 602 ## Based on the description provided, I found the pill marked ENDO 602 to be Endocet; which is a combination of Acetaminophen + Oxycodone (325 mg - 5 mg), used to treat moderate to severe pain. To view information about this drug, please refer to the link below... I also located a white round pill with the marking K 11; but it is not scored. This pill is Hydroxyzine HCL (25 mg). Hydroxyzine is used primarily as an antihistamine for the treatment of itches and irritations, an antiemetic for the reduction of nausea, as a weak analgesic by itself and as an opioid potentiator, and as an anxiolytic for the treatment of anxiety. for pain..round white.imprint is Endo and under that is 602 ## itz oxycodone 5/325 ## To be exact it contains 5mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, this is called Endocet.
