small round whit pill, it's scored once on one side and has 257 imprinted on the other...there is NO other writing or letters on the pill! ## The closest match I have been able to find is manufactured by Zydus Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 15mgs of Oxybutynin, which is used to help treat overactive bladder, and urinary incontinence. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, drowsiness, vomiting, and urinary retention. Is anyone else familiar with this tablet?

It contains 250mgs of Mefloquine; which is used to prevent and treat malaria. Had there been no score line I would've thought this to be a generic Subutex tablet, since it shares the same imprint 54 411. But if you could double check the "4" to make sure it's not a "1" that would confirm whether or not Mefloquine is a prime suspect. Trying to identify an orange, round pill with DRA on one side and a single scored line on the other. Thought they were subutex but can not confirm. Typical searches return Dramamine but when you look closer, it lists the color as white. Also, Dramamine spells it out as the imprint vs DRA. I have seen it listed as subutex 8mg once.
