Found this in a coat pocket. Not sure what it is. It looks familiar but I have a bad memory. ## Is the marking possibly 44 over 183? If so, from what I can find, it is an over the counter tablet that contains 325mgs of Buffered Aspirin, which is commonly used to treat pain, fever, and headache.
