These ZS157 pills were in my bottle of lorazepam. The size is nearly the same as the lorazepam, but not quite. That's how I noticed. I also discovered a lot of ZS157s. I have not yet identified these. I also take pindolol, which are also small round and white pills, confusion reigns. I finally dumped out the lorazepam bottle and looked at every pill under my sewing magnifying glass. Can you tell me what the ZS157s are? These pills were mixed in with lorazepam, and heaven only knows how many of them I've taken in good faith. What should I do about this? ## Is the marking SZ 197? It is a small round white pill with 93 on one side and 5337 on the other. ## I was unable to locate a match for the imprint "93 5337", but I did however find a match for "93 537". Is there any chance that you may have misread the marking? (93 537 also fits your physical description of the pill, other than the fact that it is oval shaped as opposed to a circle/round).
