Very small white round pill, scored on one side and has the number 20 over the number 79. I think it may be a 5 mg oxycodone. ## Is the marking possibly ZC over 79? Can you please double check and post back? If so, it is manufactured by Zydus Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 25mgs of Lamotrigine, which is most commonly used to prevent seizures. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, weight changes, and mood swings.

If not, the tablet with RP 20 is manufactured by Rhodes Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 20mgs of Oxycodone. The FDA classifies this mediation as being a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. ## This medication is garbage and it does nothing for your pain. It's either a placebo or a total fake . I get no relief from RP 20 and no retailer has heard of it . I'm sure there will be trouble from this . A white round tablet with PP 200 on it imprinted in black is a tablet called Ryzolt, it contains 200mgs of Tramadol in an extended release formulation. N over 20 on one side and other side is clear white. Small white round pill. Anyone? ## Someone mentioned that this pill was Oxycodone 20mg, but I am unable to confirm this due to a lack of available resources. I can however say that it is most-likely made by the Canadian company "Novopharm"; which I believe is now called Teva-Canada.
