I KNOW IT'S NOT PARAOXOTINE 37.5MG...WHICH IS WHAT MY DOCTOR PRESCRIBED!! BUT THAT IS WHAT THE PHARMACY HAS, MORE BOTTLES OF THIS...WHAT DO I DO?? ## No, this does contain 37.5mgs of controlled release Paroxetine. The tablet should be round, orange and have writing in black that has an M over a P5 on one side. Your pharmacy has not made an error. What led you to believe that this wasn't the correct medication? Paroxetine is an SSRI antidepressant, the active ingredient in Paxil and it may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, weight changes and headache.
