It is actually a birth control pill which contains Ethinyl Estradiol + Ethynodiol Diacetate. The other difference from your initial description is that it is not a white oval. Watson 383 is round and is more of a light pinkish/peach color unless you are talking about the placebo pill as part of the cycle which is round and white. I hope this makes sense.
