it is a small red round pill with L7 on only one side ## This is Levothyroxine 0.088mgs, a generic for Synthroid. I found a pill in my bathroom floor that is about 1/4 in. on diamiter and is round, it has L7 inprinted on one side of the pill, it is bright red in color.
