Print is only on one side. The other side had nothing. I can usually find what pills they are but am having no luck. Reason I ask is because I stumbled upon a white rectangular shaped pill (approx. 9mm in size) marked with S 521. This particular pill is identified as a 10mg Cetirizine hydrochloride tablet used for treating cold and allergy symptoms. White rectangular pill with marking of LDI followed by upside down LDI ## Not sure if this is the same thing. But someone else has a white oblong tablet imprinted "LDI Hoechst" that is glyburide 5mg - a diabetes medication. It is made by Hoechst-Marion in Mexico. Other people here on the site have also mentioned that this particular white oblong pill marked "LDI" was supposed to be Xanax when they ordered it in mexico, but may have gotten scammed.
