15 days ago i've black stool. after check up endoscopy result gastric & duodonal ulcer. usg report grade 1 fatty liver. doctor prescribe pantacid40mg & other doctor prescribe razo20 . what is beter for me? ## Razo contains the active ingredient Rabeprazole and Pantocid contains the active ingredient Pantoprazole, both are proton pump inhibitors that are used to help reduce the amount of acid produced by the stomach. Learn more Pantocid details here. Learn more Razo details here. Both have been proven effective and there is really no way to say which one is more effective or which would be less risk for you, since they are so closely related. The only thing you can really do is try one and see if it helps. Are there any other questions?

I have got fatty and enlarged liver. I was alcoholic since last 10 years. My daily consumption was 6 to 7 pegs. I have stopped taking alcohol since last 2 years. Recently due to some other problem I am under the treatment of a famous gastroenterologist in Kolkata. He has prescribed me NUSAM 400 Mg 1 tab thrice daily along with other medicines (tab Razo 20 mg, Pentasa 500 mg etc.). Now I want to know the following: 1) How long I have to take NUSAM 400? 2) Is there any side effect of NUSAM 400? Is there any alternative cheaper medicine equivalent to Nusam 400? ## Hello Birendra, Based on my research, NUSAM 400 is a nutritional supplement that contains the active ingredient S-Adenosyl methionine (ademetionine, AdoMet, SAM, SAMe, SAM-e). In the United States and Canada, SAM is sold as a nut...

I'm 40 and have had a spine operation about 6months ago. I have been given ciprolex 20mg which didn't help at all. My therapist prescribed Azor 0.5mg 3 times a day and african 1mg in severe panic. I've taken the razor about 2 hours ago and have had 2 major panic attacks since. I feel like I'm going insane and losing my mind. How do I cope with ? ## Just breathe. Don't try to fight it. It's impossible. Try to realize that it will pass. I know it's much easier said than done. I have massive panic attacks as well. You're not alone. You'll get through it. Breath in through your nose and out through your mouth. Splash some cool water on the back of your neck. Take your shirt off. Try to calmly pace instead of frantically moving around. If able, stand or si...

I am suffering from chronic constipation for the last 30 years coupled with gas problem. I have possibly all available medicines like pan -40 mg, zintec-150 mg, Razo-20 mg, some laxatives etc but of little use. Is endoscopy the only option left in my case. Kindly advise me . ## I have suffered from chronic constipation and IBS for most of my adult life. Since my hysterectomy, and gall bladder surgery, my condition has worsened. I have been tested for Chron's Disease and that was negative. I was recently referred to a GI Specialist, who initially started me on Amitzia. I had very uncomfortable side effects, including abdominal cramping, diarrhea, and nausea. He then switched me to Linsza. When I take the Linsza, I honestly cannot get off of the toilet for several hours, due to consta...

I agree with most that methadone is a great drug for those with pain, or past addicts, but its also the worst drug you can become dependent upon because of the 6 month detox time which I can tell you first hand you would rather die by a slide of razor blades. I started taking methadone on the streets after I got hooked on oxys after a serious back injury and multiple surgeries. I then moved to North Carolina and started at a Clinic, yr later moved back to Florida and went to a doctor who prescribed me them at the time 40mg pills were still on the market, then the DEA took them off and the only one you could get were 10mg pills, so I went from getting 100 40mg to 400 10mg which sounds insane. Since I have worked my way down to only 180 10mg a month. Most people get methadone for pain bec...

I took bactrim generic to treat a vaginal labia cyst in late Oct, marsupialization surgery. The heavy duty bactrim seemingly got rid of the infection in that spot. That said, I suffered, for five weeks from acid poo and skin irritation down there, colitis syptoms like eat and then toilet time diarhea for five weeks. Plus, I got a painful diaper rash, and two yeast infections. Also, every time I shaved, even with a premium new razor - I got cuts on my thighs that filled with small amounts of pus. I added a daily vitamin, calcium and a probiotic to my diet which stopped the acid ass and #2 diarrhea. Ugh! 40 days since the cyst, I got another bad infection. Deep in left butt cheek. Dr. Ordered up Bactrim again. I near immediately got a major headache which awoke me in the night - a horrend...
