I was told that the company Allergan is making a codeine with promethazine cough syrup previously manufactured by actavis is this true? ## @Mike, According to Allergan's product page (linked below), they do make Promethazine HCL (6.25 mg) + Codeine Phosphate (10 mg) syrup listed under the "Actavis Rx Product Catalog" on page 27 here: allergan.com/Actavis/media/PDFDocuments/2013_US_Rx_Product_Catalog.pdf. Based on the information in that link I think you're right that the formula could've been acquired from Actavis. And for further verification, the syrup in question also carries the following National Drug Codes of 00472-1627-04 and 00472-1627-16. Closest I can find is a Promethazine Hydrochloride. Looks exactly the same, but white. ## Hi Tina, Looks like the closest match I could find is also the white version of that tablet; being Promethazine HCL. However, I did come across a yellow pill with a very similar marking. It has an "M" on one side and "P/T" on the other. Unfortunately there's no numbers though, so maybe this can at least help to narrow down your search. The pill itself is identified as Acetaminophen (325 mg) + Tramadol HCL (37.5 mg), made by Mylan Pharma. Does anyone else know what the peach pill might be?
