i am getting pregabalin but have just spoke to my doctor about repeat priscription and it sounded like he said pregabmil will be at my chemist in prescription in the morning and would like to know is this the same medication i take it for nerve damage. ## There's actually no such drug by the name of pregabmil, at least here in the US. Are you sure your doctor didn't say Pregabalin and it just came out sounding different? ## was taking lyrica 2X's a day. no ins. need a cheaper medicine ## Lyrica is still fairly new on the market, thus the generic is not available, yet. There are some other alernatives that are, such as Gabapentin, the generic version of Neurontin, which is approved to treat the same conditions. Have you tried talking to your doctor about this? Detail about the medicine ## I had slipped and fell down. My left wrist has taken the weight. Dr says there is ligament injury. Also had superficial wound on the left portion of my head. After CT scan of head my Dr. informed me that it is cervical spondelatis. My left hand has always been in pain, especially the finger tips. Dr says it is due to the squeezing of a cervical nerve. I have been prescribed PREGADER-75 for initially ten days, as the pain did not subside. Now I have been advised to take it for another 15 days.

Pregabalin is a generic for Lyrica and Gabapentin is the generic for Neurontin, though they are both used to treat nerve pain.
