The sizes, shapes and colors of pills can vary greatly from manufacturer to manufacturer once a pill is released for generic production as there are NO regulations...

Someone gave me this pill and said it is a oxycodone/percocet 5/325. I have never seen this before and someone else told me that it could be a naproxin can someone tell me what this pill is??? It looks like: On one side it says MOVA, other side it has 500 M50. It is either a pink color or a peach looking color. It is a oval or oblong shape. ## Mova 500 M50 is actually Naproxen 500 mg. It is an anti-inflammatory and pain reliever, but is not a narcotic like Oxycodone. I've read where people say it's IMPOSSIBLE to fake the yellow 10/325 percocet and whoever believes that is sadly mistaken. The biggest sign is that sometimes the yellow is a little worn or the pill had white spots on it. The second is that the instant the water hits your mouth they almost instantly dissolve and you can hardly swallow the chalk in your mouth. The third and most important sign is this: if you hold a prescription pain killer up to the light it had a sort of gloss/sheen to it. The fakes do not have this. The only exception would be if the pills were REALLY old they may have lost their sheen. But for me, that is the biggest thing. Fakes are rare, but don't be so naive. INVESTIGATE. People are crazy. ## While it may be good to know the difference between fake tabl...

A friend of mine had some of these and they made her sick. I had to have her stomach pumped. We saw on this website where these were fake pills. Is there any truth to this? ## Hi Melissa, A white oblong shaped pill with M523 on one side and 10/325 on the back is reportedly identified as a generic Acetaminophen + Oxycodone HCL tablet, made by Mallinckrodt. For verification, you can visit the following National Drug Code link: 0406-0523 Having said this, her pill does fit the description of a real product... However if she isn't going through her doctor to obtain a prescription then they could be anything pressed and shaped to look like something real. I'm not insinuating that this is the case here, but she shouldn't have to question their legitimacy if she filled a prescripti...

My prescription called for 10/325 and I have for the pass 15 years been taking Watson 932. Now I have a yellow tablet by Alvogen, Inc. with a strength 325/10. Is there a difference? It doesnt have APAP in the description. Please help me. ASAP - I feel something is wrong. ## Hi, Babydoll! I understand your confusion, but it is the same medication. The new one you've received has just been manufactured by a different company. The 325 still designates the APAP in it, which is just medical speak for Acetaminophen and the 10 stands for the amount of Oxycodone, this is a generic for Percocet. Learn more Percocet details here. I have been taking Percocet 10/325 for years. Recently, I had to get it filled at Target and it's made by Alvogen. Normally, I fill my scripts at Walmart but they were out. I have developed welts and they started the same time I switched to this brand. Is it possible to be allergic to one of the inactive ingredients that is not in the Watson brand from Walmart? ## Hi, Chris! Sorry about the problem that you're having. And yes, it is possible to be allergic to an inactive ingredient. They are considered inactive because they don't have a medial/biological effect on most people, but it is well known that some people react to some of the dyes used, some gluten based substances, as well as others. I have a new prescription for Percocet they are yellow oblong they don’t seem to be as effective as the round white ones. They’re marked T194 manufactured by Camber. I was wondering if this is a legit company as I’ve never heard of them before. I also have a written prescription from November 29 that hasn’t been filled, I was wondering if it is still valid? ## Yes, Camber is a legitimate company and they list these tablets as containing Oxycodone Hydrochloride 10 mg + Acetaminophen 325 mg (NDC 31722-0194 / 31722-194); a generic for Percocet. I changed pharmacies and now my Percocet's look different. I was getting a oval white pill with the A333 imprint and now I got a white round pill with 10 325 RP. I don't know what the differences are but I would like to know before I take them. ## It's just a different manufacturer. The ones you are getting now (RP 10/325) are better in my opinion. They are pressed hard (just like the old roxicets) and last longer. Let us know what you think! ## This tablet contains 10mgs Oxycodone, 325mgs Acetaminophen (NDC 42858-0104). Inactive Ingredients: - silicon dioxide - magnesium stearate - povidone k30 - crospovidone - corn starch - stearic acid - water Ref: DailyMed Is there anything else I can help with?

How are you? To clarify this for you and anyone else that might be wanting to know, all tablets with the number 44, followed by 3 additional numbers are over the counter products, none of them are prescription medications. When it comes to being able to afford meds, have you considered utilizing an Rx savings card to help cut down on their cost? Rx savings cards, such as the one MedsChat offers (here) could potentially save you anywhere from 15-75% off your prescription. i have a prescription for percocet 10/325 does anyone know who carries these in philadelphia, pa? ## Hello, Chop! How are you? You're just going to have to try various pharmacies in your area. There is no listing of which pharmacy has any given medication in stock and, since this is a narcotic, calling them won't get you a real answer, since they have no way of knowing if the person on the phone is potential thief or legitimate customer. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. I take the Rhodes 10/325 percocet and they are better than actavis oh that don't help at all. Rhodes and Amneal I agree are weak compared to the old Watson's and Mallinckrodt, and Endocet, even Roxicet. What happened to those that did wonders I don't know. ## Hi Stevo, I think when it comes down to drug efficacy, we not only have to look at the active ingredients/dosages, but just as importantly, the binders and fillers which often change from manufacturer to manufacturer. So what happened to those drugs that did wonders? - Well, from my perspective drug companies probably did add various inert ingredients that somehow affect bioavailability or how well our body absorbs the "active" ingredients that are composed within all the fillers. It's hard to say if there i...

I am looking for Watson 10/325 Percocet and they no longer make them. What about Mylan brand? Has anyone had those- also Amneal is another generic. Help!!! ## My wife takes the 10/325 and has preferred the Watson also. Mylan worked well for her but we can't find anyone near us that carries Mylan. Who are you getting them from? ## I haven't had any personal experience with this med, but after seeing all the complaints against Actavis I think any other brand would be worth looking into. Endo Pharmaceuticals also makes Percocet. I'd just be mindful of the inactive ingredients (binders/fillers) that they put into those tablets, because you never know if something in there could be effecting its potency/bioavailability from the point of absorption. From what I've read, Endo u...

10/325 generic percocet which is the best manufacturer for chronic pain ## Hi Em, Unfortunately because every brand/generic effects each person differently, the only honest way to go about finding out what works best, is to try out different manufacturers for yourself. That way you can also formulate your own valid opinion. What I can tell you though from reading a lot of posts on this site, is that Actavis (Formerly known as Watson) has been receiving a massive amount of complaints lately regarding the quality and efficacy of their generic Percocet tablets. So that's probably one company you'd want to steer clear from based on their recent track record. I hope this helps! ## I am a 53 year old grandmother, full-time student earning my bachelors in psychology counseling, then on...

If I find out that the supposed oxycodone I am taking is anything other than what it should be, I will be contacting a money hungry attorney for I shall be extremely wealthy. ## I have the same issue with RP 10/325 - I went into withdrawals and took the Med back to Walmart pharmacy and the pharmacist said he's "had no other complaints and couldn't do anything for me". I now have Activas A 333 and they are taking awhile to kick in and I am just praying these awful feelings go away. Is there a 100mg percocet ## Hello, Niky June! How are you? No, there is no such dosage available. Percocet contains Oxycodone coupled with Acetaminophen and the maximum dosage of it that is available is 10mgs of Oxycodone with 325mgs of Acetaminophen. The FDA classifies this medication as being a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. There are, however, other doses available of Oxycodone without Acetaminophen. Is there anything else I can help with? ## Yes,there is only its called oxcodon.highest is 80mg,allow to be prescribed .
