This pill was in my bottle of metformin from the pharmacists.i only noticed because it was just a bit smaller than the metformin. What is it? ## I actually came across a half white and half pink oblong shaped pill imprinted "E648" that is identified as Diphenhydramine hydrochloride 25 mg. You didn't mention pink being part of the color, but it's the only match that comes up under that description. Manufacturer: Sandoz Pharmaceuticals Inc. National Drug Code (NDC): 00185-0648 I'd probably suggest taking it over to your local pharmacy to have them check it out if this doesn't sound like it fits the bill. Does anyone else recognize this tablet without the pink color?

The pill is a light pink, quite small and round. Found them laying around my house. I've never seen them before and I'm concerned. Very small capsule. I found this capsule in my daughters room and would like to know what it is. It's about a 1/2 inch long. The top 1/2 is pink, the bottom 1/2 is white. Where it bands in the middle it is red. The pink top has the letter G, and the white 1/2 has the numbers 283 on it. The pharmacist filled my perscription for Terbinafine 250 mg. The bill is very light beige,almost whit...but not white and it has the making og 501 and it is a round pill. i cannot find this as being a generic of lamasil. pls. research. ## They actually call it a pale pink and yes, it does contain 250mgs of Terbinafine, which is an antifungal medication. I found a few pills in a old jar, wondering what they are. One is pink oval w/a slit down the middle on one side (tiny pill) and 252 on the other side w/00 underneath. Then I have a light aqua blue round pill w/a P and underneath that the number 421. Then last I found a white round pill the size of an Excedrin w and E on it.
