pink 3500 V ## This tablet supposedly contains 7.5mg Hydrocodone, but at this time I cannot verify it 100%. I'm going to see if there is any way to reach the company who also manufactures V 3600 (Qualitest Pharmaceuticals / formerly Vintage Pharmaceuticals) to see if V 3500 is in their product line. Also, is there any way that you could be misreading the 3500? It is known that a pink tablet with V on one side and 3600 on the other is a generic Vicodin containing Acetaminophen 500 mg + Hydrocodone 10 mg. Hope this helps!

If so, then it contains 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, it's a narcotic analgesic that is a generic for Lortab or Vicodin. Learn more Vicodin details here. ## It is a generic vicodin that CVS now provides from its new distributor. It is not as good as the prior white generic as it takes a long time to work, not as strong, and makes you sick that is nauseous. I will not get this again from CVS. I was told via CVS pharmacist that the change was due to price.

which is the strongest pink hydrocone10mg or the blue 10mgs ? ## If they both contain 10mgs of Hydrocodone, then they are the same, the only difference may be in the amount of Acetaminophen in them, but I can't provide details on that from just the colors. what are the pink or peach specks in Vicodin made of? ## Hi tami, My theory based on feedback from several patients who've been prescribed these pills in particular, lead me to believe that its just food coloring to make for easy and quick identification amongst other similar types of pills. I don't think they're known to have any medical value either, but would probably prove to be a helpful marker for those in the medical field who are around thousands of different pills all day. Does anyone else have thoughts on this?

Norco 750 white with pink dots ## Prescription drugs that contain Acetaminphen are not allowed to have more than 325 mg of Acetaminphen now. ## @Michelle, Post #1 is correct. Acetaminophen is capped out at 325mg now-a-days. So the old Vicodin's with 750mg of Acetaminophen are no longer being made. However you can still get the 7.5mg dose of Hydrocodone. I wouldn't want such high amounts of Acetaminophen in my tablets anyways though since the risk of liver damage is always there. Makes me wonder why they still bother putting Acetaminophen in medications, seeing that it offers very little benefits vs risks. Did you also have any specific questions regarding these pills? I have a Rx of Vic's for 5/325. They r the vintage Qualitest brand. What I find odd is they r oblong white with little pink speck in them. ## That is just something that was done to help distinguish their pills from the others that are on the market, they are just added specks of color and nothing to worry about. It's pink and about the size of the pink Lorcet 10mg. It has a V (italic) on one side and 3600 on the other. I'm guessing a NSAID of some type.
