I am on pain pills to manage the chronic pain I experience from Fibromyalgia, Systemic Lupus Erythematosus, Neuropathy, and back/disc problems. We moved, so I just changed pharmacies. I get a Rx every month for hydrocodone-apap 7.5-650 (used to get 10-650's but couldn't stand the nausea, so I asked them to bump it down a bit). I used to get the pink pills that had WATSON 502 (I think it was) on them, generic for Lorcet Plus. Now I filled the same Rx at the new pharmacy and they gave me some white scored oblong tablet that says M359. It also says generic for Lorcet Plus tablet. Can anyone please tell me if there is a difference other than the manufacturer of the pills? (like, if one is better than the other). I can't remember which pill is which ## If the tablet is white and oblong (possibly with blue specks), then 5/500 is Lortab. ## it has an M357 on it it is oblong but i took two different strengths 5.5&7.5 I think it was generic ## if it was white with blue specks it was 7.5mg hydrocodone @ 500mg of tylenol ## It was a generic and it doesn't have blue specks on it ## I FOUND A PILL THAT IS PINK WITH UCB ON ONE SIDE AND 910 ON THE OTHER ## Ucb 910 pink tablet with score down middle is brand name lortab 10mg hydrocodone bitartrate and 500mg Tylenol acetaminophen

I have taken hydrocone/acetaminophen Tab 7.5 / 650 for several years for a back injury, I am 72 and it cant be fixed. They changed the law so now I get pink pill 7.5 / 325. My doctor assured me that I wouldn't tell the difference. Well I cant even tell I took one I take 3 a day. Something is not right. The one I was taking was M359. Would you please help. The Acetaminophen augments the action of the narcotic, so a lower amount of Acetaminophen means it won't be as potent.
