And yes, it has been known to cause muscle cramping. That has to be very annoying and you should talk to your doctor about trying a different medication. Most side effects wear off after about 4 to 6 weeks, once your body gets used to a medication, but I can't imaging living with it for that long, when there are so many other options out there that you can try. Light Blue pill oblong , only number" 131" on pill ## Hi Pattay, There don't appear any photographs on the internet that depict what shade of blue it is or the placement of the imprint, but the closest description I'm seeing to yours is a blue capsule-shaped pill with a marking of 131, that reportedly contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen + 25mgs of Diphenhydramine hydrochloride (Also known as Tylenol PM); which is used for the temporary relief of headaches, minor pain, & sleeplessness. For verification, the manufacturer is listed as Velocity Pharma and carries a National Drug Code of 76168-011. Furthermore, the size of the pill is posted at 18mm. Does this sound like a possibility?

I would like to know what this pill is and what it's used for? My research said it was hydrocodone. Is that true? The number was almost scratched all the way off. It's bigger than a norco but looks the same besides that. I really could use your help. Thanks.

I went to CVS got mine filled on Feb 18 2014 it was also the Actavis brand Oxycodone and I have taking different brands before and never had this feeling. I am having really high blood pressure, chest pain, my left arms feels asleep, my left leg as well,plus I get this pain down my left leg. I get them filled on the 18th and only takin 11 of them, even though they are prescribed 4 x day. I took 1 Tues morning at 11 am and by 3pm all them signs above came on, it lasted till wed about 6 to 7 pm. everything went back to normal. My blood pressure was fine, and non of the signs about. The only other thing I took was my blood pressure pills. I called the pharmacy and asked them if it had anything to do with the new Actavis Oxycodone since that is the only thing NEW IS THE BRAND ACTAVIS OXYCOD...
