Why am I not able to get my persciption filled at any pharmacy for this medication? They say it's not available. What can else can take for the relief of IBS? Based on my research, the FDA doesn't list this drug as being discontinued; nor does it list it under current drug shortages. So I can't really answer your first question as to why your pharmacies don't carry it. However you can always report a shortage or supply issue online at: fda.gov/Drugs/DrugSafety/DrugShortages/ucm142398.htm There are plenty of other treatment options (natural, OTC, and prescription) for IBS, how...

Cleaning out an old cabinet from a relative and found some pills from the days where it seems labeling wasn't a big thing so maybe some of you might know. First, an orange and brown capsule simply labeled "BMP 140" on each side of the capsule. Second, a red-coated tablet which either has 60, or GD (I'm not sure) with agb underneath it. Blank on the other side. I searched and 60 abg is what came up (says its morphine but the letters don't match). The next is the same type of logo (gd, 60?) with add right under it. It's grey coated as well. I have still never found out what my pink capsules labeled "pfizer 50" were, even after calling pfizer. I'm open to any clues you might offer.

Cannot find this pill anywhere and i wanted to know what it is exactly. The story is that they came from a doctor in Chinatown... I live in Seattle, WA . One side of the pill is blank, the other has a capital HC on the top half, divided by a split mark (so to easily break the pill in half)- and the numbers 1402 on the lower half. The pill appears coated, a bit glossy. The imprinted numbers on the lower half appear to slant a bit. Thats about all I can tell you, any help would greatly be appreciated. Thanks. ## I'm not entirely sure, but being as I also live in the Seattle area and I know how popular homeopathic products are out here, especially in the Chinatown area, I have a suspicion that there are probably something manufactured by Hyland's. I'm sorry about the problem you're experiencing. According to the NIH, the best thing to do is to eat a healthy, balanced diet, drink plenty of water and get lots of exercise. Medications should only be used as a last resort, if nothing else has worked. Are you on any medications that may affect your weight?
