my doctor has told me to take two of the sulfamethoxazole-tmp twice a day, and I'm really feeling sick since I've taken the second one, is this not an awful high dosage to be taken. ## The dose of Sulfamethoxazole + Trimethoprim largely depends on the type of infection you have and how severe it is. However, these pills you have marked "IP 272" are regarded as "double-strength tablets". For most infections, I found that the dosing schedule was one double strength tablet (800mg/160mg) every 12 hours for roughly 7-10 days; so if you feel like you're taking too much, I would suggest contacting your doctor about this concern. Some of these antibiotics have very harsh side effects and I don't blame anyone for wanting get off of them as soon as possible. ## I a...

light blue oblong blank on 1 side and L341 on the other ## From the marking I can tell that this is an over the counter product, however, I cannot find a specific ID for it. Many such OTC blue tablets are Naproxen, the generic for Aleve, so if I had to hazard a guess, that would be it, but as I said, I have no way to be certain of that. Does anyone else know what this is? ## diphenhydramine Sleep aid

Round, Pinkish, has "Chinta" written on one side. From Thailand. Thank you in advance for you help! ## From what I could gather, there is a medication by the name of Chinta that reportedly contains a combination of: Ammonium Chloride + Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide + Liquorice + Vitamin B5 (Calcium Pantothenate). Apparently it is indicated for use in treating dry and itchy skin. Unfortunately I haven't found any other specific details pertaining to the origin or appearance of this medication; but I hope this at least helps to provide some sort of evidence or clues as to what you may have there. Please post back if you find out any additional information.

If you want info on Norco then here: Norco Info Click Here ## Did you want Norco information or did you want information on pill 347? I dont think that pill 347 is Norco, rather it is a form of Naproxen Sodium.

I have a white oval shaped pill about 11/16" long and has L484 on one side. Is this a vicodin? ## This is not Vicodin. The white oval pill marked L484 is actually Acetaminophen (500 mg). Large round white pill. TCL 363 on one side, smooth on the other. ## Hi Dee, The closest match I'm finding is a large white round pill imprinted "TCL 252" on one side and blank on the other. I think it is a generic form of Mucinex DM... i.e. guaifinesin and a cough suppressant. ## Hi Lisa, Just to let you know, the white pill you're describing marked AZ 345 is in fact identified as a Mucus Relief DM tablet, containing Dextromethorphan HBr (20 mg) + Guaifenesin (400 mg). This medicine is widely used as an expectorant and cough suppressant. Apparently it works in several ways, by thinning the viscosity of mucus, stimulating the flow of respiratory tract secretions, and also by decreasing activity in a part of the brain that causes coughing. You can learn more about this drug on the page for Mucus Relief DM Details I hope this helps!

Is there any way to accurately identify pills that originate from Mexico? I have a small round white pill with a weird "R" logo, from Mexico. It's Clenbuterol, but I don't know the mg. Can anyone help me find out what the correct dosage is for this particular tablet? ## Prescription pills from Mexico tend to differ from those in other countries in terms of their appearance, labels, and packaging - but being that Mexico doesn't appear to maintain public drug databases like the US FDA does, posted below is just a 'quick guide' on some basic things to be mindful of: 1. Know the Features: Every pill has a unique identity that incorporates its shape, color, size, and any imprints. The imprints may include a combination of numbers, letters, symbols, or the name of ...

Hello. I found half a pill in my husbands pants while doing laundry. It's a off white/ light yellow pill. One side looks like it has a V or maybe a W (only have half the pill) the other side looks like a 6 or a 9. I do know that he was 'feeling good on only half of it' (from a text I saw on his phone) I asked him about this and he just shrugged me off and got mad. I would really like to know what I am up against and info would be helpful! I do have two pictures of it. ## @IDme, Might you be referring to a V 36 01 generic Vicodin tablet, that is light yellow in color? These oblong pills have a score line down the center for dividing the tablet in half, and from what I can tell, if you held the half containing a "V", you'd also have the 3 or 6 on the opposite half....

My husband has been violently ill for hours. He got a text from someone asking if he was "good with those p 10s". I asked, but he doesn't admit to taking anything. I'm worried, because this has been going on for 12 hours now. Any ideas what he could have taken?? ## I can't find any pills listed with a P 10 marking on them. However, some people use that as a form of street slang to refer to the new formulation of Oxycontin, because the new markings on them use the letters OP and the 10 would refer to the 10mg dosage. They often refer to the original formulation as C's, because they had an OC on the tablets. If it has lasted around 12 hours or so, that would also make sense, because it is a time released formulation of the narcotic Oxycodone and the new tablets wit...

White oblong pill with a fancy E 12 and the back is blank ## Hi darlene, Does the letter "E" look anything like the logo Sandoz uses on their 500mg Etodolac tablet, imprinted with E 139? Just trying to get an idea of what to look for in comparison to this one. However Sandoz in particular is the only manufacturer I know of who uses a fancy E (almost appearing italic). So if this happens to fit your description for the type of "E" it is, I would encourage you to contact Sandoz directly at: 1-(800)-525-8747. This is the number to their customer support center who deals with product inquiries. Perhaps they may recognize your pill as being something they've made? Please post back if you hear back from them with any additional information on its identity!

yellow oval pill with E 11 ## Hi Richard, I actually found two different pills that fit the description of a yellow oval pill marked with "E 11". The first one is identified as Sulindac (200 mg). This pill happens to be a richer, more saturated yellow color, with an elongated "E". Learn More: Sulindac Details The second one is identified as Levetiracetam (500 mg). This pill is more of a pale yellow color. The "E" on it seems to have a pretty standard looking font as well. hello. Please suggest possible identification of a ROUND, WHITE pill; side 1 is SCORED in half, with the word "WYETH" (all uppercase) on both UPPER HALF, and LOWER half of pill; on SIDE 2: a script letter "W" inside an outlined box. ## Hello, Pamela! How are you? I'm sorry, but so far, I haven't been able to find anything that matches this description. It may be a foreign medication, because Wyeth offers many medications in countries throughout the world. I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. R 333 pills are Oxycodone or brand name Percocet 10 mg 325 mg. I just got these from Walgreens after getting a prescription for these from my pain management doctor. They definitely work. I have RA and they work better than Norco in my opinion. ## Hi Denise, R333 is Pantoprazole sodium (delayed release) A333 is generic Percocet containing 10/325 (oxycodone HCL + acetaminophen) I'm assuming you meant to put "A333", is that correct?
