How are you both doing? I am very sorry about the problems that you're having. Rather than taking Percocet, the doctor could still prescribe something with Hydrocodone in it, if that's what works better, it is still available, just with the lower amounts of Acetaminophen. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth... ...

white oblong pill A333 not as effective as other generics
10 Replies RSS
I have been taking oxycodone 10/325 for a serious pain problem for some time now. I am used to getting a round white tablet with Watson imprinted on one side and the numbers 925. Those worked fine for my pain. They were supplied by CVS as a generic for Percocet. I also received another generic that was a yellow oblong tablet and these also worked well. I refilled my prescription last month however and got these white oval tablets with an imprint of A333 on them and not only am I not getting adequate pain coverage but there are many times I felt very strange after taking my medication. The only way I can describe it is weird, tingly, the way I feel if I have been able to sleep and miss taking my afternoon dose. Like I didn't take the medication at all. I discussed this with a friend ... ...

I found a few pills in my husbands medicine cabinet, it is round, white with 512 on one side and a break mark on the other. What is this? A percocet? ## Yes, it is a generic Percocet, Acetaminophen 325mgs and Oxycodone 5mgs. Pill Image ## Please identify a white, round tablet with mylan 246 on one side and 25 on the other side ## It is considered rude on the internet to hijack someone else's thread, in the future, please start your own thread to request a pill ID, thank you. Mylan does not list any pills with the number 246 on them, could you please double check the imprint? Could you have inverted the numbers? Also, is the Mylan actually spelled out? Or is it just an M? ## I found a white oval pill with an N or a Z and 375 on the back what is this?? ## I am very sorry. This is the ... ...

Hello- I have just had to change my pain medications through a pain clinic due to losing my job. My question is that I went from taking Percocet 10/325 up to 8 times a day, & my doc switched me to MS Contin 60 mg, twice a day. Is this an equivalent dose? Thanks in advance. ## It is stronger. Be sure and take your first dose at least several hours before you have to drive or be alert because it may make you sleepy, even if the Percocet didn't ## Hello, Mich! How are you doing? Oxycodone is 1 and half times stronger than the Morphine. Taking 120mgs of the MS Contin per day means that you are on an equivalent dosage, once the effect of the Acetaminophen is factored in. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as naus... ...

Someone told these was percocets 7.5 mg - thick round pills I got my latest script filled with them and I took them for pain can't find the pills on Google search please help. ## Hi Terry, Based on the description provided, the closest match I'm finding is a white round pill imprinted with "FR 7" (just missing that 1 digit). This particular tablet contains a combination of 325mgs of Acetaminophen + 25mgs of Pamabrom; which is a pain reliever and diuretic marketed for their use in treating back pain. For verification, the manufacturer is reported to be Unifirst First Aid Corporation. Would you say it's possible that the imprint could've been misinterpreted due to the condition of the pill? ...

BAD NEWS I am afraid. Watson 933 Pill Image This one is Acetaminophen 325mgs and Oxycodone 7.5mgs, a narcotic pain killer, very dangerous for someone to be playing with, especially if they are not prescribed for them and they have not previously taken heavy narcotics. This is a generic for Roxicet or Percocet. Watson 853 Pill Image This one is another bad news one, Acetaminophen 325mgs and Hydrocodone 10mgs, a generic for the narcotic pain reliever Vicodin. Cor 103 Pill Image Annother bad one, though I am sure you are not surprised by now. This is Carisoprodol 350mgs, a generic for the muscle relaxant Soma. This a333 is generic for percocet and CVS is dispensing them, OXYCODONE10/3.25 is what they are. ## Thanks for taking the time to share this information. To anyone else needing a second opinion, I can also confirm that an oblong white pill marked with "A333" is in fact identified as Oxycodone (10mg) + Acetaminophen (325mg); which is used to treat moderate to severe pain. For verification, this tablet is said to be manufactured by Actavis, and has a National Drug Code of 00228-2983-11. Does anyone here have personal experience or feedback from trying these over other manufacturer's brands/generics? I heard one complaint about someone having stomach or GI problems from this particular form, but have yet to come across a list of inactive ingredients to see what exactly might be... ...

blue grey round pill ## I've been on oxy-cod for over a year. I take two 5-325's a day for pain. It's the only thing that works for me following surgery. Can I safely take this amount forever? No medication can be guaranteed to be taken safely forever, there is always the risk of side effects, reactions and your body becoming basically immune to the current dosage and requiring an adjustment or switch to a different medication. Oxycodone Doubled in Price between Dec 2013 and Jan 2014. Can't Believe Reason
1 Reply RSS
I knew it was too good to be true. With a FL state issued Rx card, Percocet was $47 for one hundred twenty 10/325 pills in December, but it went up to over $100 by January. They say it's because of those who abuse them, but does an increase of $.50 per pill REALLY discourage abuse? I seriously doubt it. If the theory is true, shame on you who take them to feel high, making us who need them pay double. ## Hi Suzi, Sorry to hear about the extreme price gouging going on at your pharmacy. You have every right to feel that way about those who misuse their medication. What's unfair is that, even at the end of the day, you still can't really do anything about the situation in its entirety. Those who abuse will continue to do so until they find their own inner desire to change their... ...
