I keep getting mixed results on this one. If anyone knows for sure it's supposed to be for water retention, but I'm finding it may also be a strong pain reliever? ## Those are known to be Hydromorphine 40 mg. This is a water people, otherwise known to the FDA, as a diuretic. Its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination and hypotension. Pill found. Cross cut. Four sections, + . Like so, but longer lines. The number 0 is on top left. The number 2 is on top right. The number 2 is on bottom left. The number 1 is on bottom left. Nothing on back. Possible peach or off white color. Round pill. Small round pill (slight convex) with the imprint 257 and 10.
